In today’s world, our lives are constantly interrupted by notifications, social media, and the endless pull of our screens. While technology is a gift, it can easily distract us from what matters most.
During this sacred season of Lent, consider a “digital fast”—a fast from non-essential screen time. When we intentionally step away, we create space—space for quiet reflection, deeper prayer, meaningful conversation with the Lord, and true presence with those we love.
A “digital fast” can free our hearts to listen more attentively to the Lord and to one another—to truly see the world anew.
Consider making a pledge to unplug, perhaps for an hour, a day, or even a weekend this Lent. You may discover renewed peace and a deeper awareness of God’s active and loving presence.
