“The Lord is saying to us ‘let go of the things that weigh you down’ such as fear and anxiety,” said Bishop Burbidge at the Mass for Healthcare Workers. “Trust in the One who sent you. He will provide you with all you need.”
At the Mass for Healthcare Workers on October 18 at Saint Luke Catholic Church in McLean, Bishop Burbidge also said: "You see all the fears, anxieties and concerns and you do your best to alleviate your patients’ suffering and lighten their cross. What would we ever do without you?”
